On October 13 the Mediterranean Youth Council had the opportunity to present its activities during the online workshop “Young people for Mediterranean cooperation" in the framework of the European Week of Regions and Cities.
As 2022 marks the European Year of Youth, the event aimed to take stock of the contribution of young people to European cooperation programmes and projects, especially those implemented with Southern countries under the European Neighbourhood Policy.
In dialogue with three other young Mediterraneans, the member of the Digitalization group Alessandro Agnitti presented the experience of the MYC as an example of the contribution of young people to Mediterranean cooperation.
The event was organized by the ENI CBC Med and the Regione autonoma della Sardegna.
